We collect and process your personal data to handle enquiries, quote requests and customer service, to send you information about our AI voice agent services, and for administrative purposes.
When you fill in the contact form or the “Create your agent” configurator, the details you give us (name, email, phone and anything you tell us) are sent by email to our team and used only to reply to you and prepare your proposal. They are not used for advertising or shared with third parties.
The “Talk to our AI” demo uses your microphone while you talk, once your browser has given permission. We do not record or store the conversation or your voice. If during the demo you voluntarily give us contact details so we can call you, we keep them for that sole purpose and delete them after 90 days.
The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you give when you fill in our forms or use the demo, as well as the performance of a contract if you request a quote or hire our services.
Identification data such as name, email address and phone number; and, if you hire our services, address, billing and payment details. We may also collect technical information, such as your IP address, for the operation and security of the website.
Your data is not shared with third parties, except where required by law or to provide ancillary services (for example, web hosting or technology tools), always under a confidentiality agreement.
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as to request the restriction of or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights by writing to phonica@phonica-ia.online.
